TISDALE — The Tisdale U12 Magic, U14 Riverdogs and U16 Riverdogs all won silver at the Regina Sharon Knott Memorial Tournament.

“It was the first time ever that all three Tisdale teams made it to the A final in the Regina Sharon Knott Memorial Tournament,” said Lori Kidney, a spokesperson for all three teams.

All three teams went undefeated in the round robin play and won the semi-finals to move on to the A final.

“Unfortunately they all fell in the A final to various teams but pulled silver medals across the board,” Kidney said. “For the first tournament of the year that is very successful.”

The tournament was held May 24 to 26.

The team has members coming from Melfort to Hudson Bay, Wadena to White Fox and everywhere in between.
