The Robyn Silvernagle team representing Saskatchewan are eliminated at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Moose Jaw.

They suffered a serious blow to their Scotties hopes on Friday afternoon, losing 9-4 to Rachel Homan and Ontario. The win moved Ontario to 9-1, tied with wild card Jennifer Jones, while the loss dropped Team Saskatchewan to 5-5.

Saskatchewan's playoff chances then depended on the result of the game between Northern Ontario and Prince Edward Island. Despite scoring two in the tenth end, PEI could not complete the comeback and Northern Ontario won 6-5 to clinch the final playoff spot and eliminate Silvernagle from contention.

Team Silvernagle has one game left to go in the Scotties, against British Columbia this evening.
