Humboldt Broncos trade defenceman Johnson to Nipawin Hawks

HUMBOLDT, NIPAWIN — The Humboldt Broncos have traded 2000-born defenceman Max Johnson to the Nipawin Hawks.

The Grand Forks, North Dakota native played 23 regular season games with the Broncos last year, making three assists. In playoffs, he played five games, assisting with one goal.

“The Broncos would like to thank Max for his hard work and dedication,” the team said on its Twitter. “We wish him the best with the Hawks.”
