Two break and enters, one saw truck ram into building

LEROY, LANIGAN — Humboldt-Lanigan RCMP are asking for help to identify people connected to two breaks and enters, one which saw a truck ram the building to gain access. On Dec. 22 at approximately 1:50 a.m., a business in LeRoy was broken into.

LEROY, LANIGAN — Humboldt-Lanigan RCMP are asking for help to identify people connected to two breaks and enters, one which saw a truck ram the building to gain access.

On Dec. 22 at approximately 1:50 a.m., a business in LeRoy was broken into. Video footage from nearby businesses show a small car and a pickup truck were involved.

Around an hour later, in Lanigan, police said the same persons broke into a restaurant in Lanigan. The suspects used the pickup truck to ram the building and gain entry, causing significant damage. RCMP said they believe the truck was stolen from Insinger on the same night.

The truck used was recovered near Colonsay and the suspects are still at large.
