HUMBOLDT — Traffic will be able to pass the intersection of Highway 5 and 16th Street while repairs are underway, but it will be treated as a four-way stop.
The repairs will take place on April 15 and 16, weather permitting.
The City of Humboldt is asking motorists to drive through the work area cautiously.
