TISDALE — The Tisdale RCMP are asking for public assistance with any information pertaining to night trespassers in the RECplex.
Around 1:35 a.m. on July 7, four suspects entered the multipurpose facility through an unlocked side door.
“They were eventually deterred by the security system and were seen fleeing the scene,” said Cpl. Mike Benjamin. “So we’re just trying to canvass the community to see if they have any information on that.”
No damage was done to the facility and nothing was stolen.
It is not known why the individuals entered the RECplex.
“There is a lot of cool stuff in that building.”
From June 15 to July 15, the Tisdale RCMP responded to 216 calls for service, including over 20 fraud calls, 10 complaints under the Mental Health Act, and six impaired drivers.
