There was a theft right from Humboldt’s halls of justice. Sometime between Nov. 27 to Dec. 3 an antique paper cutter was stolen from the Provincial Court House in Humboldt.

There was a theft right from Humboldt’s halls of justice.

Sometime between Nov. 27 to Dec. 3 an antique paper cutter was stolen from the Provincial Court House in Humboldt.

That is one of three thefts the local police are investigating within the city.

Two 12-inch light bars and one 30-inch light bar was stolen off a work truck parked at a local car maintenance shop on south end of Main Street, between Dec. 14 and Dec. 17. The approximate value of the stolen light bars is $500.

A DeWalt driver, case and bits, and a Power Fist air-nailer was stolen from a garage on the 200 Block of 11th Street. The unknown suspect forced entry into the garage Nov. 22.

Humboldt RCMP are asking for the public’s help. Those with any information are asked to contact the local RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
