TISDALE — A man was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon following a Tisdale house party.
According to Cpl. Mike Benjamin with the Tisdale RCMP, a fight occurred at a house party on Nov. 13, where a man allegedly pulled out a knife.
“We got a call that a male was waving a knife around and fighting people with the knife,” Benjamin said.
“We took him into custody.”
Nobody was injured as a result.
From Nov. 13 to 27 the Tisdale RCMP responded to 79 calls for service including one impaired driver, two complaints of assault with a weapon, two collisions and a theft of a snowmobile trailer that was later recovered.
