A walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic will be held in Lanigan tomorrow.
The clinic will be on Thursday, June 3 at the Lanigan Town Hall from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Both Moderna and Pfizer will be used.
All residents aged 12 and older are eligible for their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
For second doses, as of June 2, those eligible include:
- all individuals 65 years of age and older
- all individuals who had their first dose on or before March 22
- individuals diagnosed with or being treated for cancer, who will receive a letter of confirmation
- individuals who have received solid organ transplants, who will receive a letter of confirmation,
People who received a first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine may receive either the AstraZeneca vaccine or an mRNA vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) for their second dose when eligible.
