Humboldt RCMP find drugs and counterfeit money at traffic stop

HUMBOLDT — As the result of a traffic stop in Humboldt, police found methamphetamine, counterfeit U.S. currency, a prohibited firearm, ammunition and stolen identification. Humboldt RCMP conducted the stop on Oct. 16 at around 1:50 p.m.

HUMBOLDT — As the result of a traffic stop in Humboldt, police found methamphetamine, counterfeit U.S. currency, a prohibited firearm, ammunition and stolen identification.

Further investigation lead to a search warrant being executed by Humboldt RCMP, Saskatoon General Investigation Section and Melfort Police Dog Unit, on the 200 block of 11 Street in the City of Humboldt where methamphetamine, drug paraphenelia, counterfeit U.S. currency, stolen identification and instruments used to produce the currency and identification were located.

One 36 year old Humboldt woman and one 36 year old Martensville man have been charged by the RCMP with various offences in relation to this investigation.
