HUMBOLDT — The CEO of the Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute has announced his retirement.

Dave Gullacher will retire on June 30. He has been with PAMI for 35 years and served as CEO for 24 years.

PAMI, headquartered in Humboldt, researches, designs, builds, and tests agricultural machinery components and machinery processes. They’ve also extended their expertise to transportation, defense, mining and biofuel.

“Dave’s dedication, ability to bring complex concepts to life and client focus are exemplary,” said Tim Oleksyn, the chair of PAMI’s board of directors.

“His ability to take a small-town approach to a global stage are evidenced in the successful projects that have helped to ensure safety to people in transportation, RCMP and our troops overseas. I want to thank Dave for all that he has done for the development and progress of PAMI.”

The Institute said they’ve contracted Boyden Executive Search to find his replacement.
