CN confirms incident between man and train

HUMBOLDT — Canadian National Railway has confirmed there has been an incident involving a train and a man near the Humboldt rail yard.

The incident happened on the evening on June 7. CN would not provide any further information about the nature of the incident.

“Our thoughts are with the individual affected by this incident and his family,” said a statement from the railway company.

CN said because their police force is assisting the local RCMP with the investigation, they have no further comment at this point.
