Becky Zimmer grew up in Annaheim, Saskatchewan and has many fond memories of Humboldt and area.
After graduating from University of Saskatchewan in 2013 with a BA in English, she traveled to Halifax to attend the University of King’s College to work towards her Bachelor of Journalism.
She graduated in May of 2014 and spent another year in Halifax being a freelance journalist and post office attendant before making the move back to Humboldt.
She married her wonderful husband and best friend in October of 2015 and they welcomed a new cat into their household in November of 2015
She is also a political and networking junky, and a bus riding enthusiast. In her spare time, she loves reading, playing tackle football, and going on road trips around Saskatchewan.
