Storm

Some wild weather rolled through the Humboldt region this week. On June 26, the sky was so dark just after 3 p.m. that streetlights came on. The rain pounded the area for about an hour before letting up, but it left areas of the city, mostly intersections, flooded with water. Another storm hit in the evening, knocking over trees around the community. Then on Wednesday, June 27, high winds caused damage all over the city again, including ripping off most of the roof on Humboldt’s IGA store.
